The venue has sent you a personal guest list link — as an artist, a promoter, or with a quota of
your own. Through this link you add your guests yourself and remove them again. The page looks
almost identical in all three cases; this article covers them all.
Requirements
Your personal link (from email or chat). Without a valid link the page cannot be opened — if
you see "Page Not Found", ask the venue for a new link.
Free spots in your quota.
Step by step
Open your personal link.
Check the header: it shows the event, the date, the venue, and your quota — depending on the
page, for example "3 / 10 Spots" or "4 guestlist spots left". Some lists are split into a
Guestlist (free entry) and a Friendslist (discounted entry), each with its own quota.
Tap Add entry. The button only appears while spots are free — once the quota is used up,
you see Guestlist full instead.
In the New entry form, pick the list type if both are offered: Guestlist (Free entry)
or Friendslist (Discounted entry).
Enter First name and Last name; the Note (optional) helps the venue, for example
"Manager" or "VIP".
Under Companions, use the plus and minus buttons to set how many extra people are coming
along. The counter below (for example "= 3 spots") shows how many spots the entry takes in
total.
Tap Save.
Result
The entry appears immediately under Your Guestlist or Your Friendslist, and the quota
display at the top updates. At the door, your guests simply give their name — there are no
tickets for guest list entries.
Removing an entry
Tap the trash icon (Remove) on the entry.
Confirm the prompt Remove entry? with Remove.
The spot becomes available again right away.
Tips & pitfalls
Companions count against your quota — one entry with two companions takes three spots.
There is no registration deadline: you can add guests as long as spots are free.
Use Calendar to download the event date as a calendar file.
